The Northern Cape SAPS management welcomed the 30 year rape sentence that was handed down to Kagisho Smaus (23) for rape in the Mothibistad Regional Court, on 31 January 2023.
The Provincial Head for Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences (FCS) unit, Brig Sipho Kheswa applauded W/O Kenalemang Victoria Babeile from the Kuruman FCS unit for her meticulous investigation that led to this outstanding sentence.
