During the Vietnam war in the 1960s (over 50 years ago) HAARP technology was utilised to create major flooding in Vietnam. This is not a conspiracy theory this is a well documented fact. The devastating flooding across the world in regions like New Zealand, Scotland and South Africa is escalating the food security issue. These events are not cased by climate change they are caused by deliberate tampering with weather patterns by HAARP.

Remember Cloud Seeding back in the 1950’s ? They have advanced far more now than back in the 1950’s. HAARP is responsible for all the rain . Part of the WEF plan to create a food shortage.
