A double farm murder took place on Saturday night, 4 March 2023, on a small holding in Gerardsville, Centurion, in the Gauteng province of South Africa.
Robert Celliers (60) and his life partner Ansie van Aardt suffered multiple gunshot wounds during the attack.
16 Spent cartridges were found on the scene.
Both victims has multiple gunshot wounds and had both been shot in the head. Robert Celliers was shot between the eyes.
An unknown number of attackers broke into the pub on the property and confronted Celliers. A shootout ensued and it is unknown if one of the attackers may have been wounded.
Celliers fled into the home that is attached to the pub and it was there where he and Ansie van Aardt were gunned down.
Police are investigating but there have been no arrets.
