That Padayachee idiot is obviously smoking mandrax and crack!!! Eskom is doing a excellent job? What a steaming pile of cow dung! We shouldn’t have load shedding at all. I wonder how much Mantashe paid this mook to come on the number one goverment bias news station to deliver us that crap! If I can remember correctly Padayachee was also implicated in the corruption at Eskom back in his day. Man the ANC are getting desperate.
