Masks causes pneumonia. There is no covid! There is only infection inside of your lungs if you wear a mask. Masks causes damage around your lung tissues. To heal, you must take the steps back and slow down is correct. Take off your mask and get some air flowing. Masks will still cause shortness of breath.
