Group expertToday was a special day in court regarding an interdict case that was brought against me, Hanlie Nel and Pottie Potgieter to tie us up to give coverage to what matters. Remarkable to see the court in action for law and justice. The court stated as follows in the case that was brought against us without any legal basis: “Interdict case totally de voided of Merit, No evidence presented, Applicants were refuted and they failed to render ordered documents to court. Interdict application set aside brought to court by applicants because it was malicious, frivolous, fictitious and unfair. This application should never have been brought before the court. “Thank you very much Bern Rautenbach for your excellent service and the trust you have in our area with the judicial system. This is highly priced. Viva for Law and JUSTICE!

DEBBIE ARNELDA ELS CAMBELL HERVITT finally this day has arrived and once again you have hit a nail in your own coffin.
First of all I think we must thank your friend there on the Vaalrivier’s hate group and your few cheerleaders who chatted you to try to get an interdict against myself, Francois and Pottie. (You know the one who was so eager to do the Interims, indictments, provocations and more. ) You see Debbie this is what happens when you team up with people who also hate “your enemies”. They used you to prove a point. To try to exhaust us financially.. You thought we were not going to show up but then we surprised you hey. See, if one has facts to stand up, then one is eager to prove oneself right – then you do what we did. When you bite bubbles you postpone things about 4 times LOL
Secondly, I hope you realize by the time that I did not perform because I had “gut feeling” about anything. I noticed you are plainly busy talking and I started doing “my own research”. Same with Francois and Pottie. I can assure you that none of us just got up one morning and picked you out looking for trouble….. no you caused it yourself with all the twak you lost yourself on social media. The 3 of us just weren’t fooled by you. All 3 of us feel it is in the interest of the public to take note of your actions!
So Debbie what I Hanlie Nel, Francois Malan and Pottie Potgieter posted about you was just the truth – screenshots and lives of your own posts. Every piece of information posted about you can be proven. YOU JUST HAD YOUR 2ND CHANCE TO “CLEAR” YOUR NAME FOR SOUTH AFRICA AND YOU COULDN’T”. YOU COULDN’T EVEN PROVE 1 OF YOUR OWN ACCUSATIONS AGAINST US WITH EVEN A PHOTO, SCREENSHOT, A WITNESS’S STATEMENT OR WHATEVER. If one is as eager as you are to clear your name and YOU sue us, after all, one would expect you would eagerly want to prove that you speak the truth, but you couldn’t.
ALL you have to do anyway to clear your name is to show your medical reports to the public. You have flashed it before. Show it this time just so that the viewer can read it. Then everyone can see if you lied and if your name is clear. But anyway for 2 years you still could not manage it and as you saw in my statement now in court, I did indeed open a case of fraud. This is still being investigated.
As for the Carte Blanche episode, why didn’t you use it to throw THE TRUTH on the table. The opportunity was given to you and you chose not to use it. It was given my chance to you. With the interdict, it was a chance you gave yourself to throw the truth on the table and once again you couldn’t. So what distracts one so far. Will it be 3rd time lucky? We will have to wait and see hey!!
Last but not least I want to thank our lawyer Bern Rautenbach who looked after me, Francois and Pottie’s interests there in the Cape and especially after me whined and complained had to listen because I struggle to stay quiet LOL..
