Willem Petzer made a video message this morning about him and Tewie Wessels on his way to surrender to Groblersdal police station.

Petzer is emotional while making the video message and says Brig. Espag, the head of the Limpopo detectives, confirmed to his legal team that they would both be arrested. Complaints were made against the two that are still unknown and, according to his placement, apparently state testimony of persons who were the day of the march between them.

He confirms he knows they will definitely be arrested. Groblersdal mayor Dries Olivier, the person who allegedly tried to protect Francois van der Merwe and got him in jail, will also be arrested.

It is not yet certain which complaints will be brought against them.

Petzer and Wessels were involved in the upturn in Groblersdal where Francois van der Merwe was arrested and still in custody three weeks later, pending a bail application that remains postponed.

    News flash asked police commentary.

Here’s what Petzer said in three different social media classes before posting the video message this morning:

Willem Petzer and Tewie Wessels are now on their way to surrender to the police.

Now is the time to stand together for justice and justice.

Beloved friends, I will comment on everything in today’s Rapport tomorrow morning. It will surely be the last video you will see from me in several weeks.

I talk to your loved ones at around 6 o’clock tomorrow morning. Things are not going well, but I know where my power comes from.

God’s richest blessings on you each. I will never stop standing for you!
