Dumisani Thwala claims he came up with a patented License Direct mobile application for vehicle and driver license renewals, to curb our economy’s poorly performing licensing renewal system. After demonstrating his patented system the South African Post Office and Dept of Transport tried to bypass his system in a public tender. Dumisani Thwala will be discussing the potential impacts at all levels of government if they are allowed to do this.
