The mumps episode must feel like a nightmare that you both endured. Thank goodness there seemed to be no lasting effects and you made it back home just in time.
Gone are the days that house calls were the order of the day, now medicine is a total business with very little humanity involvement for the most part.
Yes, the scourge of TV has taken away our relationship with nature, gone are the days where we sat outside and listened!
Looking forward to the next episode with bated breath.
