Service delivery? ? Scott I’d like to see a video showing how much electricity the savages steal. I have an electrical business and I see it all the time. If electricity theft in SA was curbed, there wouldn’t be rolling blackouts.

The anc cadre and their police force, know where these Eskom capturings are taking place, but if they stand down, then they may get the thieves on their side as to support the corrupt anc. People rises against the corrupt anc but they have no qualms to be part of the corruption by stealing electricity.
