The source of this audio is known to me and has no doubts that Eskom will be forced to shut down sometime during December. If it does a state of emergency will be declared by Ramaphosa and crime will go through the roof in South Africa. Eskom have denied that this is planned but considering the track record all I suggest is – BE PREPARED – BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY!
