Major changes to Australia’s environmental strategies engage business and the environmental lobby – why not the community?

Australia’s environmental minister addresses the media and refers continually to discussions with business stakeholders and the environmental lobby but completely ignores the Australian community apart from a passing reference to the first nation Aborigines. What happened to the will of the people?
