  1. A heartbreaking situation. Unfortunately these conditions will not change as the few groups which still assisted, have also run out of money. So sick of the word PLACES OF SAFETY as these places are not safe heavens for children in general

  2. You should see the havens in Cape town….places for homeless elderly women. They have to pay R1100 per month to sleep on a filthy bed. Other havens for the homeless charge R40 per night and you have to leave at 6am….I would not allow a dog to sleep there….they will even steal the clothes off your back while you sleep
