In 2032 Brisbane is expected to host the 2032 Brisbane Olympic Games at huge expense to local tax payers. Billions of dollars are being spent on developing facilities and infrastructure that will benefit the World Economic Forum members with direct live access to the events while local tax payers will have to ballot to get a seat at any of the events. Consider this fact – while the current Labor State Government plead poverty when it comes to housing the homeless they are spending close to an estimated ten billion dollars to run the 2032 Olympics. Just 5% of that would take the homeless in Queensland off the streets.
