Some branches of the SPCA in South Africa, like Umgeni in KZN, are now targeting white dog breeders and impounding animals which have no serious ailments, are loved and cared for. They are doing this so that they can levy fees – these same SPCA inspectors do NOT go to other parts of their jurisdiction, like townships, where the condition of dogs is appalling. Why? Because there is no money to be made there – welcome to the business model and the real face of the SPCA at Umgeni (among other branches) in 2023.

The S.P.C.A is supposed to have the interest of the animals in hand but now they impound Debbie’s dog’s and all that these animals know is the care and attention they where given by her but now they have been misplaced and lying in some cage and there routine has been completely disrupted by this organization.
Give the woman her dog’s back and just leave her alone as you are trying to find the smallest thing wrong with her breeding facility and you really should STOP with this personal vandetta.
