Director of Triad, Collin Hundermark (49) handed himself this morning to the Serious Commercial Crime Investigation in Gauteng and subsequently appeared in the Specialised Commercial Crimes Court sitting in Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court for his alleged participation in the R14 million University of Johannesburg graft.
It is reported that Hundermark’s company was one of the companies that were to provide services to the university which never materialised even though they were allegedly paid.
Hundermark will join Marcus, van Schoor and Spilhaus in the Specialised Commercial Crimes court sitting in Palm Ridge Magistrates court on the 04 December 2023 for docket disclosure. He was granted R10 000 bail.
The Provincial Head of DPCI in Gauteng, Major General Ebrahim Kadwa welcomed the arrest and encouraged the investigations team to continue with the stellar job.
