Corruption is a setback towards creation of safer communities,” said Lieutenant General Thembi Hadebe.

“While we are dealing with the rampant stock theft in the Province, the police officers saw it fit to steal the exhibit, thus defeating the ends of justice. The law must take its rightful course without fear or favour,” added Lieutenant General Thembi Hadebe.

The suspects are expected to appear before Polokwane Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday, 27 December 2023.
