Around 10:15am this morning ALS Paramedics were called to Tyrone Road in Padfield Park, Pinetown area for a shooting incident which had occurred at a residence.
Paramedics arrived on the scene to find SAPS and Security companies in attendance. Paramedics were shown inside the house to where a female was found to have sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Paramedics assessed the patient and unfortunately found that there was nothing they could do for the patient and she was declared deceased on the scene.
At this stage the events leading up to the shooting is unknown however SAPS will be investigating further….
