Members of KZNVIP Responded to the scene where a good Samaritan was shot and hijacked in Pompano Place, Newlands East.
Reports from the scene indicate the good Samaritan witnessing the hijacking and tried to react and save another family from harm when the suspects then shot him and fled.
The other family escaped unharmed. There was also another attempted hijacking in the newlands west area where the suspects were disturbed and fled.
The injured victim was rushed privately to hospital for further medical attention
The vehicle in question is a White Polo 8 Tsi….
