CIA agent explains how undercover operatives seek to gain influence in other countries

The CIA or Central Intelligence Agency uses operatives, who have social and friendly personalities, to undermine communities in countries being targeted by the US corporations. With the growing destabilisation of the world by the one world government the sea route past Cape Town is now a primary asset and the CIA will have operatives actively trying to influence those living in the western Cape.
