Seen in this video are the Helicopter Crew from Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) in search of hijacking suspects.
The Aircraft was despatch to assist Tracker & the South African Police Services (SAPS) after three armed men hijacked a vehicle working on the communication network in Mavela – Ndwedwe. One (1) suspect was arrested shortly afterwards and the vehicle was recovered. Two (2) of the hijackers then fled into a ravine after abandoning the victims’ vehicle.
The Helicopter Crew provided air support to the SAPS Dog Unit who followed the suspects into a marsh.
No further arrest were made.
