Midlands EMS Pietermaritzburg crews were dispatched to Nulliah Road in Northdale following reports of a house fire.
Upon arrival, the crews found one patient unconscious, requiring urgent advanced life support treatment.
Two other individuals sustained minor injuries and were treated on the scene before being transported to a nearby specialist hospital for further care.
Authorities were in attendance to investigate the incident….
