Two murder suspects have just been killed in a gunfight with KZN police in Inanda.
They are believed to be part of the notorious West Gang that has been terrorising that community.
Some officers were saved by a shield under heavy gunfire.
The operation was conducted by members of the DPCI Provincial Tracking Team, DPCI Anti-Gang Unit, Provincial HQ, Provincial TRT, PMB K9, SAPS Crime Intelligence, SAPS Mayville, Metro Police SOD1, Hawks Protection Services, Magma
Security & Investigations and Fidelity SIU.
