CERT-SA Centurion crew responded to reports of a shooting incident at the Byls Bridge Promenade shopping center in Centurion.
Upon arrival, a man was found fatally shot in the parking lot.
Further assessment revealed that a woman was also fatally shot at her workplace inside a shop in the mall.
The exact circumstances surrounding this incident are not yet clear.
Police are processing the scene and have launched an investigation into the matter….
