The perseverance of detectives in Wrenchville secured the successful conviction of a murder accused.
On Saturday, 15 January 2022, the body of Lebogang Setlhabetsi (33) was found after he was stabbed whilst visiting a shebeen in Promise land, Wrenchville.
The accused was identified and subsequently arrested.
The Kuruman Regional Court recently convicted and sentenced 23-year-old Keabaka Shadrack Moloko to twelve (12) years imprisonment for the murder of Lebogang Setlhabetsi, he was also declared unfit to possess a firearm.
The police management in the John Taolo Gaetsewe District applauded Detective Sergeant Modiaokgotla Lawrence Chabalala of Wrenchville Detectives for his determination and meticulous investigation that led to the conviction and sentencing of the accused.
