A farm attack took place on 19 February 2023, on a farm in Curry’s Post near Howick in the KwaZulu-Natal Province of South Africa.

A group of armed attackers held a farmer and his wife hostage while ransacking their house.

The male victim was shot in both legs.

The attackers then fled with a number of household items including cell phones and flat screen TV.

The 61 year old farmer, who was shot in both thighs, is recovering in hospital.

Police are investigating the attack and registered a case of house robbery.

There have been no arrests.
