South Africans moving to Australia are congregating in coastal territories and paying millions of rands for homes. The Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) said that over the first quarter of 2023, Australia’s residential property dwellings increased by 52,000 to a whopping 11,020,300. Furthermore, the mean price of residential homes rose by $8,500 to $896,000 this quarter.

Similar situation in London where an individual will pay £1.500 a month for a one bedroom apartment in a not-so-good part of west London.
Alternatively, a 3 bedroom house in a leafy suburb of Ashford, Kent, South East of England will cost £1.400 a month.
Alternatively, can always go to Australia and do gold or opal hunting as two friends of mine originally from Umhlanga are currently doing and making a lot of money.
The mining bug caught them, big time. One season gold, next season opal mining. They seem to be very happy. Can get very lost in one of those opal mine shafts in the outback and no one will find you.
