CHINA CAN BUILD MASSIVE MEGA CITIES, DAMS, BRIDGES, RAILROADS, AND MANY OTHER MEGA STRUCTURES BUT THEY CAN NOT PROTECT THEIR CITIES FROM FLOODS.
THAT IS PLAIN STUPID IN MY EYES.
