There Is a War Swirling Within Us: ALL RELIGIONS OF THE WORLD APPEAL TO SELF-EFFORT.
O how jealous Jesus truly is, that His followers are Christ-exalting, Bible-saturated, discerning people.
For example, He hopes that you don’t just sign up for your local yoga class and not know what you are doing.
Yoga is to the body what mantra is to the mouth.
His Word shows that those two are rooted in the same false worldview.
There is nothing wrong with stretching exercises, and Christians are called to meditate upon the Word of God, but the practices of Yoga, both historic and current, are not about mere stretching.
