INGREDIENTS
• 150 gr Biscuits
• 50 gr Minced hazelnuts
• 50 gr Minced walnuts
• 100 ml Milk
• 3 tbsp Powdered sugar
• 5 drops Vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp Rum
• 100 gr Dark chocolate
• 50 gr Coconut flakes
PREPARATION
1. First you should mince the biscuits and put them in a bowl.
2. Then add the hazelnuts and walnuts, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, rum and milk. Stir well everything until you get a homogenous mixture.
3. In the meantime in another bowl put the melted dark chocolate.
4. Then you should put your hands under water a few seconds to easily shape the balls.
5. After you shape each ball dip it in the chocolate and then roll it in the coconut flakes (or in chocolate sprinkles as you wish).
6. You can serve them with cold or hot drinks.
