beef mince, 1 pound Whisk the egg.
“Half a cup of breadcrumbs”
1/4 cup of ketchup, plus extra for decoration.
1/2 cup of milk
half of a small onion, chopped finely
One teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce and one teaspoon of garlic powder. Add half a teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of black pepper.
Directions:
Evenly divide the meat mixture among the muffin cups and press gently to shape. Put a small amount of ketchup on each meatloaf muffin.
Fourth, ensure that your oven is preheated before putting the meatloaf muffins in. Bake the muffins for 20 to 25 minutes until they are fully cooked and the center is no longer pink. Once you put a thermometer inside a muffin, it should show a temperature of 160°F, or 71°C.
Next, remove the muffin pan from the oven and let it cool for five minutes before taking out the muffins.
