Sticks and stones can break a bone,
But words will never hurt me,
Staring at my mobile phone,
Where is my resiliency?

Words as swords on internet,
New hate speech laws in full force,
Fishermen with fine dragnet,
Why catch only the seahorse?

Summer storm turbulent times,
Thinker on rock sits alone,
Schools of fish swimming with rhymes,
Who is that man on the throne?

Overfishing losing stock,
Instinct to protect is strong,
Shame we aren’t allowed to talk,
How is speaking up so wrong?
