THE GREAT CITY IS IN THE DESERT WILDERNESSRevelation 17 identifies the Great City of Mecca which faces God’s Wrath on the Day of the Lord.
Those that worship and pray to the Kaaba in Mecca will face God’s wrath.
Then the angel carried John away in the Spirit into a desert wilderness. There John saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast that was covered with blasphemous names and had seven heads and ten horns. Revelation 17 says the seven heads are seven mountains on which the woman sits.
