    Herbal help for depression:

    Tulsi (and other Basil)
    Ashwagandha
    Mugwort
    Valerian
    Cardamom
    Schisandra berry
    Wild Jasmine
    St John’s Wort (if not on chronic medication)
    Lemon Balm
    Violets
    Motherwort
    Feverfew
    Rose
    Blue Vervain
    Yarrow
    Chamomile
    Pennywort
    Lavender
    Sage

    ➡️These herbs can be taken as a tea, capsules or tincture.
    When making a tea, do it mindful…..make it part of your relaxing ritual….drink it mindful….smelling, tasting and feeling the effect it has on the body.

    ➡️Supplements:
    Magnesium
    Vit D (from sun exposure!!)
    Vit C
    Almonds
    Walnuts
    Sunflower seeds

    ➡️To do:
    – Do Breathing exercises.
    – Get sun exposure everyday.
    – Grounding.
    – Do something satisfying.
    – Exercise.
    – Stick to Circadian rhythm.
    – Talk to a friend.
    – Start a new hobby.
    – Get enough sleep.
    – Eat healthy.
    – Practice self care.
    – Drink enough healthy fluids.
    – Connect to nature.
    – Listen to relaxing music and sounds.
    – Be creative.
    – Journaling.
    – Cuddle with your pet.
