Easy Apple Pie Enchiladas
*INGREDIENTS:
°4 apples, peeled, cored and quartered
°60 ml (1/4 cup) butter
°60 ml (1/4 cup) firmly packed brown sugar
°4 Old El Paso™ medium flour tortillas (6 inches [15 cm])
°Cooking spray
°Vanilla ice cream
°60 ml (1/4 cup) caramel sauce; warmed up
*PREPARATION:
1.Preheat grill to 230°C (450°F). Coat a 20 or 23 cm (8 or 9 inch) baking dish with cooking splashes (1.9 L [2 quarts]).
2.In a 25 cm (10 in.) skillet, heat the apples and margarine on medium for 5 to 7 minutes or until the apples are tender. Add the earthy colored sugar and cook until dissolved.
3. Place a quarter of the apples on each tortilla, then, at this point, roll up. Place fold side down in a baking dish. Splashing enchilada highlights with cooking shower.
4.Heat 10-15 minutes or until glossy brown.
5.Present with frozen yogurt and garnish with sprinkles of caramel sauce.
