End BEE & AA – support our Non-Racialism Bill
Despite having a Constitution founded on non-racialism, South Africa now officially has more race-based laws than at any time during Apartheid. Policies like BEE have been especially destructive, even to those it was designed to help.
At the Referendum Party, we have launched a Non-racialism Bill which would end all race-based policy. We will submit it to the Portfolio Committee on Justice and Constitutional Affairs, together with a petition signed by members of the public who support the Bill.
