HEAVY METALS, POLLUTANTS AND EMFs. A DEADLY COCKTAIL.
Aug 14, 2024Are rises in Electro-Magnetic Fields in the human environment, interacting with multiple environmental pollutions, the tipping point for increases in neurological deaths in the Western World?
This is the title of a study published on ScienceDirect in 2019 (1). It states,
“Two of the authors can look back over 50 clinical years and appreciate the profound changes in human morbidity across a range of disparate conditions – autoimmune diseases, asthma, earlier cancer incidence and reduced male sperm counts. In particular have been increased autism, dyslexia, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and neurological diseases, such as Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, Early Onset Dementia, Multiple System Atrophy and Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. What might have caused these changes-whilst genetic factors are taken as given, multiple environmental pollutants are associated with neurological disease although the mechanisms are unclear.”
And goes on to say,
“Based upon recent and new evidence we hypothesize that a major contribution for the relative sudden upsurge in neurological morbidity in the Western world (1989–2015), is because of increased background EMF that has become the tipping point-impacting upon any genetic predisposition, increasing multiple-interactive pollutants, such as rises in petro-chemicals, hormone disrupting chemicals, industrial, agricultural, and domestic chemicals. The unprecedented neurological death rates, all within just twenty-five years, demand a re-examination of long-term EMF safety related to the increasing background EMF on human health. We do not wish to ‘stop the modern world’, only make it safer.”
Another study (2) showed that the interaction of EMFs and the heavy metal, lead, can cause serious harm to health. Lead is commonly found in paint, soil, cosmetics, jewelry, herbs and spices, drinking water, fruits and vegetables and other sources. The study concluded that,
“Lead contamination in the presence of an EMF exacerbates the oxidative damage to plasma proteins as well as the conformational changes in Hb. An artificial neural network can be used as a predictive tool for the oxidative danger posed to workers in industrial fields, battery manufacturing companies, and power plants.”
What this means is that electromagnetic fields (EMFs) from your phone, computer, wi-fi router and other electronic devices increase the danger posed by the lead in your body by increasing oxidative damage which impacts negatively on the function of plasma proteins in the blood thereby making it weaker and less able to deliver oxygen and nutrients to where they are needed.
So, what can you do about this problem?
Firstly, remove all pollutants and toxins from your external environment and your body, including electromagnetic radiation. Of course this is virtually impossible in today’s world. Nonetheless do the best you can to keep your external and internal environments as clean as possible. Secondly, minimize your exposure to these dangerous stressors every day, and thirdly specifically protect yourself against harmful and deadly electromagnetic radiation. The EC Bands are highly effective in this regard. See below.
