    Delicious Marshmallow Pineapple Tart

    Description:
    This tart is super easy to make and always a hit!
    Tip:
    For those who think cutting marshmallows is tricky: keep a bowl of water nearby. Dip your scissors in the water before cutting to avoid stickiness! You can also use mini marshmallows for extra convenience.

    Ingredients:

    1 cup (250 ml) fresh cream

    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 pack marshmallows
    125 ml lemon juice
    1 can condensed milk

    Tennis biscuits

    Instructions:
    1. Whip the cream until stiff.
    2. Add the condensed milk, crushed pineapple (with syrup), and lemon juice to the whipped cream and mix well.
    3. Cut the marshmallows in half or smaller, as preferred, and fold them into the mixture. Be careful not to add too many, as it may become too dry.
    4. Arrange the tennis biscuits in a tart dish and pour the filling on top.
    5. Decorate with the cut marshmallows on the top layer like a flower.

    Chill in the refrigerator until set and enjoy every crumb!
