KIDNAPPING/ MANSTEALING
1. Hostage Negotiators was activated after information was received that suspects are demanding a ransom for the release of target, Mr Deon Nel from Wolmaranstad.
2. Apparently Mr Nrl went missing after visiting a local pub and did not make it back home.
3. Negotiations started with suspects via whattsapp
4. During this period, Specktrack Security members were able to establish the precise location of the cellphone of Mr Nel, used by the suspects
5. A operation was then planned with Klerksdorp TRT members who secured the suspects house in Randelspark, Klerksdorp.
6. After breaching, two suspects , black male and black female was found inside the house with the following items , identified as belonging to Mr Nel :
Watch
Cellphone
ID and bank card
Hat
7. Clothes belonging to Mr Nel as he had on when he went missing was found in the washing machine, still wet with possible blood stain marks on the clothes.
8. Also four (4) .22 spend cartridges was found in the trash can outside
9. Suspects was arrested yor possesion of stolen property
10. Follow-up operations also led to the arrest of a third suspect in Khuma , linked to the Kidnapping
10. Confirmation was received that Mr Nel’s vechile already crossed the border to Lesotho
11. Up to this far , no sign could be found of Mr Nel himself
