More peanut butter products will now be removed from store shelves.
The National Consumer Commission has urged consumers not to eat the affected peanut butter and to take it back to the store where it was bought.
This includes these types of peanut butter:
Dischem’s Lifestyle (400 g Smooth and Crunchy)
Dischem’s Lifestyle (800 g Smooth and Crunchy)
Wazogles Superfoods (all sizes; 32 g to 20 kg)

According to the manufacturer, House of Natural Butters, the products have higher levels of the ingredient, aflatoxin. It is a toxin and not safe for human use.
