This is a WARNING to anyone thinking of admitting their loved ones in this hospital. DO NOT DO IT.

This place is an abomination. You are the putting your loved ones in DANGER when admitting them here.

We are in the process of filing criminal charges against this establishment and the nurses in the ICU ward.

A nurse by the name of Vicky was assigned to care for my grandmother, upon visiting my grandmother PLEADED with us to not leave her alone as she was getting hit and sworn at by this horrendous human, Vicky. She was also so tightly restrained to the bed rails and she is covered in bruises on her arms, legs and face from this woman hitting her.

The patient in the bed beside her had been moved from another ward to the bed beside my grandmother due to being treated so badly in the other ward and lo and behold, she has been assigned this same nurse, Vicky who, WHILE THE PATIENT WAS SLEEPING SOUND, restrained her hands to the bed rails and quickly covered with the blankets when guests or doctors walked by. I truly pray that this dear old woman survives this place.

We visited twice in the same day and when we left the first time, the Vicky returned to hit my grandmother in the face for “causing trouble” and told her she must die. My grandmother is also convinced that she was being given medication that was making her more ill and forcing her to stay longer in their care.

When we notified her doctor, while he was very helpful and accommodating in getting us the support to get her transferred to a better facility (Flora) – he was in no way concerned about how she had been treated, stating that “sometimes you have good experiences and sometimes you have bad experiences at any hospital “ – EXCUSE ME???? SHE IS BEING BEATEN BY THIS NURSE! And he still tried to convince our family to keep her there for him to carry on treating her, saying he has requested that Vicky is not her assigned nurse yet when we came back guess who was still there? It is shocking how these doctors cover up for each other and let humans get treated like this.

Not one of the nurses in the ward stopped this from happening, they are all so arrogant and rude and left her to lay in her own filth for hours, threw her food on the floor and refused to give her a diaper.

When my grandmother was finally transported to another hospital we spoke to this devil of a woman and told her she would be hear from us again, to which she replies “I look forward to it and I will be waiting patiently”

The rage within me is like no other! This woman should not be caring for people, she should be rotting in a prison. She is a murderous evil bitch that preys on the vulnerable who cannot fight back and I am ADAMANT that if we left my gran for one more night she would have died under this woman’s “care” because she actually spoke up.

This is a warning to everyone, DO NOT take your family to this place.

Today has been nothing short of a nightmare.
