Following events in Paris, there are widely divergent views surrounding the events.
Again, those who say we are not allowed to “judge” because we ourselves are behind the door and are not allowed to point a finger.
For those, I have very bad news. You totally misunderstand the Bible. You have been so manipulated by the “new world order” that you firmly believe that we must accept everything good because we ourselves are sinful.
This is the shooting stuff the devil uses to cripple us!
I know I’m a sinful person and have sin in me! But you know what. I acknowledge my sin and don’t speak it well. I’m fighting the sin in me! I fight it every day!
Will I be perfect and without sin as a Christian? Am I spotless because I’m an imitator of Jesus? No, I’m not. All who have been spotless on earth is Jesus himself.
The difference is that those who persist in their sin and want to condone it are those who should be admonished. Our fellow Peoples should also be warned against it.
The word judgment is amply used to justify sin. I want to correct you quickly with a scripture from the Bible! A COMMAND from God:
Hebrews 13:22 And I exhort you, brethren, bear the word of exhortation, for I also wrote to you but briefly.
Prov 15:29 The LORD is far from the wicked, but the prayer of the righteous he hears.
Prov 15:30 Radiant eyes rejoice the heart; a good tidings make the bones fat.
Prov 15:31 The ear that listens to the rebuke to life will remain among the wise.
Prov 15:32 He who rejects the discipline considers his own life slight; but he who listens to the reproof acquires wit.
Prov 15:33 The fear of the LORD is the discipline of wisdom, and humility precedes honor.Clearly, it is our DUTY to admonish and discipline what is wrong!
It’s so easy to hide your own mistakes by throwing around the word “judgment.” Should I shut up now and not address the wrong thing about me being sinful too? By no means and entirely. I commit just as great a sin of remaining silent for things that go against God’s will. Things like what’s forced down our throats around every corner! Things condemned in the Bible.
It is precisely because of being silent and accepting about our “too sinful” that we are where we are. It is precisely because of remaining silent that the world is over the precipice.
To discipline is not a judgment. It’s a warning of the judgment God is going to pass on you if you keep walking the path you’re walking!
