To President Cyril Ramaphosa.

So this is how we are going to roll Mr President,hit men tried to kill me tonight and we both know who are behind this 2nd attempt on my life.

Let me put it on record now for the whole world to know.

I have been pleading with the President of South Africa,Cyril Ramaphosa for protection as a certified whistleblower. I blew the whistle on massive corruption in SAPS, implicating Minister Bheki Cele. I DO HAVE PROOF, DOCUMENTARY PROOF.

South Africa and the global world, should anything happen to me, please put it right in front of the door of Mr Cyril Ramaphosa. Arrest him and charge him with my murder because he will be an accomplice in my assassination. Should anything happen to my children or any of my family members, please arrest and charge Mr Cyril Ramaphosa because he would have killed my family.

I am not going to be bullied by cowardly hit men, I will not die in vain like Babita Deokran. I already provided all my documentary evidence to media houses and there is reporters who I instructed to release everything in the public should anything happen to me.

Bheki Cele,the National Commissioner,SAPS top management,SSA, Crime Intelligence are all heavily implicated and all the evidence are with the reporters, ready to be released. On 14 October 2021,my phone had been unlawfully seized on instruction of SSA to access my files.. I’m still awaiting the report from the office of the Inspector General of Intelligence into that investigation that was conducted by Noma Buthelezi, appointed by Mr Dintwe,the former Inspector General of Intelligence. Noma have dissapeared after she informed me that Zizi Kodwa issued instructions that my phone be seized. I called Zizi Kodwa and confronted him about this. The agents of SSA, Justice and Thabiso informed me that they got instructions from President Cyril Ramaphosa to get information from me regarding Ministers in his office. After unlawfully seizure of my phone, they couldn’t manage to get access to my files, although they tried to hack into my account, I have proof. Zizi Kodwa met with me and George Mashale in April 2021 at the Engen Garage on the N1,it was a Tuesday morning,after we dropped my son at the boarding school in Trompsburg. He informed George Mashale that he was sent by Cyril Ramaphosa to get information on Ministers in his office who wanted to sabotage him. According to Zizi, Cyril wanted to get rid of these ministers. He wanted information on Fikile Mbalula and Pule Maybe. We told them that we only have information on Bheki Cele and provided Justice and Thabiso with the information. I still have Thabiso’s number,we met with them in September 2021 next to a park a Naval Hill.

I’m still awaiting the report from the Executive Director, Jennifer Ntlatseng into the allegations that the Deputy National Commissioner of Human Resource Management in SAPS, Lt-General Lineo Ntshiea is a Lesotho national. We have proof that Lineo Ntshiea was born in Lesotho and have been protected by Cele. According to Ntlatseng,her office is done with the investigation and Cele refuse to release the report. I have sent an email to her to release the report to me and she hadn’t responded yet. Two weeks ago,Cele sent and investigator of IDIP to George Mbathu,who initially blew the whistle on. Ntshiea,on which the signature of Thuso Keefelakae,the chief investigator of IPID’s signature was forged. He called Mbathu and confirmed that that was not his signature on the 2 paragraph report,stating that Lineo Ntshiea was born in Matatiele. I have the details of this investigator of IPID and Thuso Keefelakae advised Mbathu to go and open a case against her. He also registered Mbathu for a reward into the information about Ntshiea. U only get rewarded if your information was confirmed, meaning that Ntshiea is indeed from Lesotho and Cele is hiding that report and would probably classify it like all other previous damning reports implicating him. All along they claimed that Ntshiea was born in Welkom,now all of a sudden it’s Matatiele. I have a list on Lesotho nationals who were appointed as senior officials in SAPS by Ntshiea. I have a confirmation letter by Dept of Home Affairs that their ID numbers does not exist on the Home Affairs systems. All of their appointments were signed by Ntshiea.Lineo Ntshiea’s birth name is Lineo Nkhoua. Apparently she married a man with the surname of Ntshiea but there is absolutely no information about him anywhere. She recently also appointed her sister as a Brigadier at SAPS Head office. Her daughter,who is also a captain in SAPS, received a monthly stipend from SAPS as in intern while she was a full time student at the University of Cape Town, she never reported anywhere at any workplace in SAPS as required from the interns. Ntshiea used SAPS as Nsfas for her daughter and appointed her as warrant officer immediately after she completed her studies. They later issued an official letter stating that she was in intern in Cape Town,but they never specified where because it was a blatant lie. A criminal case was opened against Lineo Ntshiea for this fraud but IPID never investigated the case,Bheki Cele made sure of that. I have the case number.

I have confirmed information the the suspended Provincial Head of Free State Crime Intelligence is a Zimbabwean national. She is the one who told the former Inspector General of Intelligence that they only appoint their children in Crime Intelligence because they are of a better breed and trustworthy. She was arrested along the former National Commissioner,Kgomotso Phahlane for defrauding SAPS of R54mil. She is on suspension with full salary and the laptop and cellphone of crime intelligence, meaning that she still have full access to the information of our state security. Her Brigadiers in free State are staying in state own houses and are utilizing the vehicles of secret service for their own personal use and also claim travel expenses from the state. Makhele was previously the National Head of Crime Intelligence, responsible for security clearance. She afforded security clearance to all these criminals in Crime Intelligence. She was deployed to Free State after she was arrested for corruption with Phahlane. Maj-General Agnes Makhele’s birth name is Agnes Mojo. She married the provincial head of communication in Free State, Brigadier Mothantsi Makhele.

On 1 November 2022,I received an sms from GEPF,at 07:21 in the morning, outside GEPF office hours, confirmation of my application of withdrawal of my pension. I contacted GEPF because I never applied for withdrawal. They confirmed that they received my application from SAPS,with all required documents attached, even the bank confirmation form that must personally be taken to the bank by the applicant. All documents are certified and signed.

Question:

who in SAPS submitted my application to GEPF without my knowledge and consent?

How did they get copies of my documents and how was it certified without my original documents?

Who went to the bank to confirm my banking details,since only the bank account holder can confirm banking details?

Since when does GEPF operate outside office hours,”my” application was captured at 07:21?

Answer:

Lineo Ntshiea is the Deputy National Commissioner of Human Resource Management in SAPS and she is on the board of trustees of GEPF. She has access to both GEPF and SAPS information.

Cele called me in April 2022,after I exposed him on PowerFM and informed me that he wasn’t aware of my situation. He asked if we could meet in Pretoria on his return from Cape Town,he will arrange my travel and accommodation to Gauteng on condition that I go alone. I told him that he is a Minister of lies,since I reported corruption to him in 2009 when he was still the National Commissioner. He also hid that report and promoted everyone I implicated in corruption. I told him I will meet with him on my terms and conditions in Bloemfontein,where I feel safe and secure. He never called me back on that Wednesday as promised. Why did he want me to go to Gauteng alone? I still have proof of that call,date and time.

This is the kind of corruption that Cyril Ramaphosa and Bheki Cele doesn’t want the world to know,so the obvious choice is to get me killed. Whoever ordered the hit on me, it’s on Ramaphosa’s head.

So Mr President keep your protection and keep on protecting the criminals and yourself for political gain,if I die,your political ambitions dies with me. I will keep on exposing u in public.

Cele refutes claims that cadres have been deployed in SAPS and Crime intelligence in his interview with ENCA,I have proof and I will identify all of them on National television tonight. I have the IPID report of the same corruption I reported in 2009 and I will reveal it tonight. Cele and the former Minister of Police,Nathi Mthethwa buried the report and kept on appointing and promoting their MK cadres,friend and family in Crime Intelligence. I will name them tonight. He also appointed his father in law and his friend,who was the best man at his wedding in Crime Intelligence. His father in law was a Brigadier Ngcobo,he retired as a Maj-General.

So President Ramaphosa,do your worst, I am not dependent on u for political survival, I took an oath of office to blow the whistle on corruption and come hell or high water,I will do it!!!!

Your silence and lack of action are an indication that u are also compromised somewhere, somehow and u know what, I will get the proof if it’s indeed like that.

God will decide when I will leave this earth and until then, I won’t be silenced!!!

 

 

UPDATE

 

I visited my kids today and on my way home,we were followed by a black Ford Ranger bakkie up until almost at my hide out. We turned back from the direction we came from and the bakkie followed us back up into the Heidedal township,until we eventually lost them in Parish avenue when they were blocked by another car. We managed to get away. It’s a black double cab Ford Ranger. We couldn’t get number plates. I’ll be going deep underground but I will proceed with the SABC1 interview tomorrow at 20:00, no matter what.

I know they are very desperate and today was definitely another attempt on my life.

I won’t be silenced!!!
