    Peppermint Crisp Mousse Tart

    Ingredients:

    1 packet of tennis biscuits

    2 cups of fresh cream

    1 can of condensed milk

    1/2 cup of peppermint crisp chocolate (grated)

    1 packet of peppermint crisp (crumbled)

    Directions:

    Layer the tennis biscuits in the base of a tart tin.

    Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.

    In a bowl, combine condensed milk with whipped cream and mix until smooth.

    Add the grated peppermint crisp to the mixture and gently fold it in.

    Pour the mixture over the tennis biscuits and refrigerate for a few hours.

    Top with crumbled peppermint crisp before serving.
