PRESS RELEASE: THABO BESTER SAGA: EVIDENCE STANDS UNCHALLENGED IN FREE STATE HIGH COURT
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Bloemfontein, Free State –
On Wednesday, 24th July 2024, at 9:00 AM, the Free State High Court in Bloemfontein South Africa heard critical testimony in the ongoing high-profile case involving Thabo Bester, Dr. Nandipha Magudumana, and Zanda Moyo who is just the gardner for about 10 years on the property in case 2022-14959. Richard Anthony Seed, a key witness in the case, provided testimony that went unchallenged by the defence attorneys.
Key points from the court proceedings:
The evidence presented by the prosecution, including Mr. Seed’s testimony, was not contested by the defence but will be challenged in the trial in the Free State and Pretoria High Court in South Africa.
Mr. Seed’s involvement in the case was clarified during the proceedings and the proceedings will be monitored by the ICC of the property 146 West Road Noth Morningside Sandton where Mr Bester was reciding before he was arrested in May 2023.
The unchallenged nature of the evidence may have significant implications for the case’s outcome.
This development marks a pivotal moment in the Thabo Bester saga, which has garnered nationwide attention. The lack of challenge to the evidence presented could potentially influence the direction of the ongoing legal proceedings.
“The evidence stands as true,” stated Mr. Seed after the court session. “The facts presented in court accurately represent the events in question.”
The case continues to be closely watched by legal experts and the public alike, given its high-profile nature and the serious allegations involved.Mr Seed will appearourt on Wednesday 31st July 2024 to answer to paragraphs.10 and how was he involved from the very beginning.
Mr. Seed alleged in the Free State High Court that Mr. Bester and the other accused are not guilty and should be released, as the allegations brought by the State are false and based on fabricated evidence.
In honour of the late Eugene Halliday, who was tragically killed in cold blood on the night of Saturday 20th July 20024, around 2:00 AM, just days before he was to present his evidence in the Thabo Bester case, Mr. Seed will be holding a live interview later this week. Halliday, a respected profiler investigator, was on the verge of uncovering the truth behind the false allegations brought by the State, but his life was cut short before he could expose the nefarious conspiracy. -
