VB.293.VIKING BOER – DAILY DEVOTION –A PRAYER FOR SCOTT – HEALING OF EYE-SIGHT
Heavenly Father,
You are our God that healeth
We come before You today to lift up our dear friend, Scott, who has recently lost his sight. Lord, You are the Great Healer, the source of all comfort and peace. We ask that You wrap Your loving arms around him during this challenging time.Grant him the strength to face each day with courage and hope. Illuminate his path with Your light, so even in the darkness, he can feel Your presence and guidance. Help him to see with the eyes of faith, to find new ways to experience the beauty of Your creation, and to continue to share the love and kindness he has always shown.
Lord, we pray for his emotional and spiritual well-being. Comfort him in moments of despair, reassure him in times of fear, and bless him with peace that surpasses all understanding. May he find solace in Your word, in the support of friends and family, and in the quiet moments where he can feel Your nearness.
We also ask for wisdom, patience, and compassion for those who care for him, that they might be Your hands and feet, offering support and love.
If it is Your will, we pray for physical healing or adaptation to his new reality with grace. But above all, we pray for His spirit to remain unbroken, for his heart to be filled with joy, and for his life to continue to be a testament to Your love and grace.
Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your unfailing love and mercy.
