HEIDELBERG – Two persons were arrested on Thursday, April 4 for the murder of Linda Basson, 29.
The community is still trying to make sense of the senseless murder of the beloved resident of Bergsig.
Linda’s lifeless body was discovered in her grandfather and grandmother’s home on April 2.
She lived with her grandparents.
According to information, a family member arrived at home and suspected wrongdoing as the house was apparently confused; something that doesn’t usually happen.
A neighbor’s help was called for both of the house and Linda’s body was discovered.
The SAPS announced on Thursday that two people were arrested in connection with the murder and would appear in court soon.
