Police Minister Bheki Cele has a huge tax payer funded security detail that follow him 24/7 at great expense to the tax payer. Under his watch the South African Police Service have restricted farmers from using guns and defending themselves when under attack on their farms and in their homes. Cele reflects the great deception and the great danger facing South Africa – he has got to go with the rest of the ANC.
