During the first fifteen days of February 2023, there were eight farm attacks and one farm murder in South Africa.
During the month of January 2023, there were twenty two farm attacks and three farm murders and in December 2022, there were fourteen farm attacks and one farm murder in the country.
For the period 1 January to 31 December 2020, on average, a farmer in South Africa was murdered every 4.7 days.
There were 77 farm murders and 446 farm attacks in 2020. That is 1,22 attacks every day in the country.
The onslaught continues unabated.
