A pistol with serial number obliterated was found and seized for further investigation. The suspect will be taken to court as soon as preliminary investigation is completed.

The investigation is continuing.

The Provincial Head of the Hawks, Major General Gerber is appealing to the community to join the dedicated members of the South African Police Service who are working tirelessly to eradicate crime.
